How much are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated at the time of validation of the basket. These depend on the weight of the package as well as the place of delivery (from 4.40€)
How long will it take for me to be delivered?
All accessories are made by hand in my small workshop. Once your choice has been made and payment validated, a period of 5 working days is expected for the manufacture of your accessory (depending on available stock).
You will be informed by email when your order has been shipped. Your package will be delivered to a Relay point within 3 to 5 working days.
⚠️ We cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
The objective is to offer you quality accessories, so great care will be taken with each order. We thank you for your understanding of the processing times mentioned above.
Is it possible to track my package?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from Team Dadoo with a tracking number allowing you to follow your package from preparation to dispatch.
What if the product is not suitable?
The product does not suit you ? We are sorry...
To do this, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to return your product to us. You can choose a refund or an exchange. The refund will be made to the payment method used during your purchase (credit card). Damaged or deteriorated parts cannot be refunded. Return costs are your responsibility.
If you had requested a tailor-made accessory, we will not be able to make a return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding 😉
How many days will it take for me to find my little ones💸?
You will be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 working days following receipt of the package. You will receive the refund by bank transfer, as explained above. We will keep you informed by email confirming the refund of your order.
